Our modern computer-aided drawing programs enable the detailed planning of your product development or optimization. In this way you get a first realistic impression of the product and we can start to exclude any misunderstandings.

For the prototyping we use, among others, a 3D printer.


In the area of thermoplastic injection molded parts, we have several production machines with clamping forces from 20 to 150 tons with a unit weight of approx. 200-300 g and a maximum clamping surface (intermediate rail dimensions) of 440 x 450 mm.

The production technology selection of the material to be used extends across all common plastics and of course all new developments of the ever advancing market. We’re happy to discuss details with you.


We manufacture parts from PUR rigid and flexible foam. Since PUR is ideally suited for painting, the products can be used not only for technical purposes, but also as visible parts such as covers, hoods or panels. Using this process your product can also be manufactured using a compound construction method, if this should be necessary.


We process thermoplastic materials into deep-drawn parts for a wide variety of purposes, such as cover hoods, blister packs, parts for organization systems, etc. A product size of max. approx. 970 x 550 mm (LxW) is possible. The parts to be molded can be made of materials such as PS, PVC, PET, PP or ABS. After the deep-drawing process the parts can be reworked by us at low cost by milling, cutting or punching.


Depending on the area of application or requirements, the products must be pre-treated or post-treated. This requires separate steps. Here we use classic technologies such as drilling, turning, milling (conventional and CNC), grinding and spark erosion countersinking. In joining technology we are able to use a wide variety of welding, soldering and gluing techniques. Thanks to these processing options and know-how, we have a complete tool shop at our disposal. Here all the tools and molds for the above mentioned production processes can be manufactured, serviced, maintained and improved.


In our wood processing center we rely on our modern machine park with the corresponding know-how in a wide variety of craft areas. For the finishing touches we rely on the tried and tested traditional craftsmanship.

    • Cutting wood and plastic sheets, veneer, laminates, solid wood
    • Joining and gluing of veneer and laminates
    • Coating of carrier boards with veneer or laminates
    • Make miter cuts or millings
    • Any processing of cutting, joining, rebating, drilling with CNC-controlled machinery
    • By transferring CAD drawings to CNC, milling of lettering and silhouettes, shape milling of straight and curved workpieces
    • And everything that needs manual processing

After the diligent preparation of wood, plastic, glass or steel parts it goes to the paint shop.

Here we are not only able to process all imaginable colors but also to mix them together ourselves in all common RAL, NCS and Pantone shades. Existing color samples are determined by means of color spectrum analysis.


The combination of metal, plastic and wood processing enables the development and production of system solutions with a wide variety of materials: products, furniture or entire projects.

You can also have your items printed by us using pad printing according to your layout.

For parts that we do not manufacture ourselves we rely on long-term and reliable partners.


For deliveries within Europe that involve assembly services we use our own fleet of vehicles.

Worldwide shipping takes place over the oceans. For this purpose all products are carefully vacuum-packed and loaded onto overseas containers. Our assembly team flies to their respective destination.

Products not requiring any further assembly are shipped via our forwarding agents.
